Other Musical Instruments
In addition to the major items in the other links, there are a number of musical instruments that the church has acquired over time. These are typically used in support of choir and children’s music.
- Orff rhythm instruments (tambourine, wood blocks, maracas, guiros, sleigh bells, drum, etc.)
- Children’s chromatic handbells
- Autoharp
Music
The church has an extensive library of choral and keyboard music, and funds are provided in the annual budget and via memorials for judiciously adding to these to keep them current and relevant.
General Sanctuary Worship Resources
We are fortunate to have a beautiful new pulpit built by church member Howard Gransee. Other furnishings in the sanctuary have been provided by church members as well. The illuminated stained glass fixture on the left front wall was crafted by Larry Peterson. The Delores Himle memorial provided air conditioning as well as updated hymnals. New pew pads were funded by the Dan W. And Marie L. Kaufeld memorial. And, a recent memorial donation from Lew Severance in honor of his wife Rachel enabled us to purchase new choir robes.
