SUNDAY MORNINGS
Children’s Sunday School is currently meeting at 9:00am.
We offer two different Sunday School classes for children and teens from preschool through 12th grade.
- Preschool-5th grade meet for a Bible lesson, games and activities.
- 6th grade-12th grade meets for Bible study, this class incorporates Confirmation curriculum so that students can claim their faith as their own.
WORSHIP SERVICE 10AM
At First Presbyterian children are an integral part of our church family. So, we welcome children to be a part of our worship service and pray that they will grow to be fully participating members of Christ’s church in both the worship services and in church life. Children learn by watching what we do. They will learn to worship in part by watching you sing, pray, listen, and read along. During the service quietly explain the different parts and encourage them to join in. If you need to leave the service with your child, feel free to do so, but please come back. We want to support and encourage you as you parent your child. Children’s bags with quiet activities to do during worship are available. The Pastor has a time with children during the worship service. This is a fun way for the children to participate in the worship service.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Each summer we hold a Vacation Bible School program with a fun theme and activities. Vacation Bible School is held for children who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade.
